Here is a video of another band I co-lead, Family Band, inspired by the jazz innovations of the late 60’s made by masters Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry, Dewey Redman and John Coltrane. There is a lot more to come on the horizon for this band.

Here’s the final video from my Muso Channel session, Cherokee.
VIDEO: Stradbally West
Here is the second of my three Muso Channel videos. This is an original piece of mine and is named after my home in Ireland. Hope you enjoy it!
VIDEO: Autumn Nocturne
I was delighted to be asked to record some footage for Muso Channel with my quartet . The band features three great musicians; Francesco Coghetto on guitar, Simon Read on double bass and Steve Hanley on drums. We recorded three videos during the session and I will be adding one to the site each week, starting with this one. Autumn Nocturne is one of my favourite standards and one which isn’t played all that often. I love Rich Perry’s version, too and I recommend checking out the album of his that it’s featured on – Nocturne.
Welcome!
Thanks for stopping by the site. You’ll find my upcoming gigs in the Schedule section and I’ll be adding new content, links and a blog in the coming weeks.
